National Charity Takes Two Units at Dawlish Business Park

Hudson & Co. report the letting of Units 3 & 4 Matthews House to a national charity.

The premises which are brand new were let in shell and converted by the tenant into a major hub for their work in this area, with the construction of a large mezzanine with offices and meeting rooms. David Edwards of Hudson & Co. comments “ This is a great boost for this development, having a national concern represented, and completes a series of deals over the summer which leaves just two units left.
